Shipping and Returns

We make it easy and secure for you to order your favorite children's furniture and home decor. We offer various payment options and ensure your order is processed quickly. Below you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about ordering and paying in our webshop.

Dispatch

  • Free delivery from €75 (Netherlands)
  • We can ship your order to any address in Europe. The correct rate is automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
  • Furniture transport takes place once a week. We (almost) always schedule furniture transport on Tuesdays.
  • All orders placed on Tuesday before 12:00 noon can be shipped with this transport.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, you can easily return your product within 14 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. We ask that you be mindful of returns to minimize our environmental footprint.

Return costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. You have 14 days to return your items. All products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Not returnable

Sale items and digital products, such as Poster Downloads, cannot be returned.

How does returning work?

  1. Register your return via info@cokos.eu, stating your name, order number, product name and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a confirmation of your return including return instructions and return costs.
  3. Please return the product unused in its original packaging, stating your name and order number (example #106871).
  4. We advise you to return your package with a Track & Trace code, as the return shipment is at your own risk.
  5. Upon receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5-6 business days via the same payment method you used.
  6. Please note: Refunds are only valid if the items are returned in good condition. This means they are not damaged, dirty, washed, or used.

When will my order be shipped?

Furniture transport takes place once a week. We (almost) always schedule furniture transport on Tuesdays. All orders placed on Tuesdays before 12:00 PM can be included in this transport.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information.

What if I am not home during delivery?

If you're not home, your package will be delivered to your neighbors. If they're not home either, it will be taken to a Pickup Parcelshop in your area. The delivery driver will leave a card with the location of the collection point. You have 7 days to collect it before it's returned to us.

My tracking shows my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Check if your package has been delivered to your neighbors. If you still can't find it, please contact us at info@cokos.eu with your order number. We will then contact PostNL to resolve the issue.

The product differs slightly from the photo

Our rattan furniture is handmade from rattan, a natural product. Therefore, each of our items is unique. Please embrace the imperfections, color variations, and minor differences, as we do. Natural markings and/or discolorations are not considered defects. Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, a nail may occasionally protrude or a loose fastener may come loose. We do not consider this a defect. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

How long does it take to get my money back after a return?

Once we've received and inspected your returned items, we'll refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you opted for a gift card. This process can take 5-6 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are there any exceptions for returns?

Yes. Sale items and digital products, such as poster downloads, cannot be returned.

What are the requirements for returning items?

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all included accessories and manuals.

All returned items are carefully inspected. The principle is that the customer can inspect the item as they would in a physical store. Items may be unpacked, but not used. If an item has diminished in value due to use, these costs will be charged to the customer.
