How can I pay and is my payment secure?

You can pay securely with us using the following options:

If you choose one of the above options, your order will be processed the same day.

I ordered and paid online, but I didn't receive an order confirmation. What now?

Don't worry, we've received your order and payment. It's possible the order confirmation might end up in your spam or junk mail folder, so please check it. To make sure everything went smoothly, you can always send an email to info@cokos.eu .

How do I know if my order has been processed?

Once your payment has been received and your order has been processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email will also contain information about the shipment and the expected delivery time. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email info@cokos.eu as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been shipped, we can still process your request. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.
