Warranty

At Cokos, we value craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. All our products are handmade and carefully inspected. However, sometimes things can go wrong. This page explains what you can expect from us if there's an unexpected problem with your purchase, and what's not covered by the warranty.

Warranty period

Our rattan furniture comes with a 6-month warranty from the original order date. This warranty applies only to the furniture frame and does not cover loosening of (connecting) straps or protruding nails.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Minor weather-related defects (such as a loose or shifted part) can occur and are easy to repair yourself. Natural imperfections or discoloration in the rattan or paint are also not considered defects.

What do we do within the warranty period?

Within the warranty period, we will repair the item or provide a replacement product of equal value, at no extra cost. Please note: Shipping, packaging, and return costs are your responsibility. Don't forget to include your proof of purchase with any warranty claims.

Exclusions from warranty

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage due to improper use, indoors or outdoors.
  • Damage due to rental or other purposes.
  • Insufficient or incorrect care.
  • Abuse, accidents or transport damage.
  • Dissatisfaction outside the return period.
  • B-model items.
