Return
If (part of) your order does not meet your wishes, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returning are for your own account. All product(s) must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
- Register your return by sending an email to info@cokos.eu. State here your name, the order number, which product it concerns and what the reason for the return is.
- As soon as we have received your return notification, you will receive an email confirmation and return instructions and return costs.
- Our advice is to return your package with a Track & Trace code, as the return shipment is at your own risk.
- When the return shipment has been received, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 14 days.
- Please note: refund of the purchase price is subject to the condition that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, used or assembled and that all tags or labels (if applicable) are still on the item.
- Sale products cannot be returned.
Refund:
Once the return has been properly received and checked for any damage, the refund will be made within 5-6 business days via the same purchase payment method, minus the return costs.
Don't forget: our rattan furniture is made by hand from rattan, a natural product. All our items are therefore unique. Like us, embrace the imperfections, color variations and small differences. Natural markings and/or discolorations are not considered defects. Due to the manual work, a nail can sometimes stick out or a connecting strap can come loose. We also do not consider this a defect. All items are extensively checked before shipment.
Guarantee:
Our rattan furniture has a warranty period of 6 months from the original order date. This guarantee is only valid on the frame of the furniture and not for loosening (connecting) straps or protruding nails.
Minor defects due to weathering (such as a loose or shifted part) may occur. These can be remedied yourself and are not covered by the warranty. Natural irregularities and/or discolorations of the rattan or the paint are also not regarded as defects.
During the warranty period, we will repair your ordered item or deliver a product of equivalent value at no additional cost (excluding shipping, handling, packaging and return costs). Always include proof of purchase with your request.
This warranty does not include:
- Damage caused by misuse of the product, indoors or outdoors. Or for use in rental or other purposes.
- Damage caused by incorrect or insufficient care.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or transport damage.
- Dissatisfaction with the product outside the return period.
