Returns

If (part of) your order does not meet your wishes, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returns are at your own expense. All product(s) must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

  • Register your return by sending an email to info@cokos.eu. Please state your name, order number, which product it concerns and the reason for return.
  • As soon as we have received your return notification, you will receive a confirmation by email as well as return instructions and return costs.
  • Our advice is to return your package with Track & Trace code, as returns are at your own risk.
  • When the return has been received, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
  • Please note: a refund of the purchase amount is provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, used or put together and that all tags (if applicable) are still on the item.
  • Sale products cannot be returned.
  • Digital products, such as Poster Downloads, cannot be returned.


Refund:
Once the return has been properly received and inspected for any damage, the refund will be issued within 5-6 working days via the same purchase payment method, minus the return costs.


Don't forget: our rattan furniture is handmade from rattan, a natural product. All our items are therefore unique. Like us, embrace the imperfections, color variations and small differences. Natural markings and/or discolorations are not considered defects. Due to the manual work, a nail can sometimes stick out or a connecting strap can come loose. We do not consider this to be a defect. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

 

Guarantee:

Our rattan furniture has a warranty period of 6 months from the original order date. This warranty is only valid on the frame of the furniture and not for the loosening of (connecting) straps or protruding nails.

Minor defects due to weathering (such as a loose or displaced part) can occur. These can be remedied yourself and are not covered by the warranty. Natural imperfections and/or discolorations of the rattan or the paint are also not considered defects.

During the warranty period, we will repair your ordered item or provide a product of equal value at no additional charge (excluding shipping, handling, packaging and returns). Always include proof of purchase with your request.

This warranty does not include:

  • Damage caused by incorrect use of the product, indoors or outdoors. Or for use in rental or other purposes.
  • Damage caused by incorrect or insufficient care.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or transport damage.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product outside the return period.
  • B-model items.
