Returns and Warranty
If (part of) your order does not meet your wishes, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The costs for return are for your own account. All product(s) must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
- Register your return by sending an email to [email protected] State your name, the order number, which product it concerns and what the reason for return is.
- As soon as we have received your return notification, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and return instructions and return costs.
- Our advice is to return your package with a Track & Trace code, as the return is at your own risk.
- When the return shipment has been received, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
- Please note: refund of the purchase price is subject to the condition that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items have not been damaged, dirty, washed, used or assembled and that all labels or labels (if applicable) are still on the item.
- Products from the Sale cannot be returned.
Once the return has been received and checked for any damage, the refund will be transferred within 5-6 working days via the same purchase payment method, minus the return costs.
Please be aware that our rattan furniture is made by hand from rattan, a natural product. All our items are therefore unique. Just like us, please embrace the imperfections, color variations and small differences. Natural markings and/or discolorations are not considered defects. Due to the manual work, sometimes a nail can protrude a bit or a connecting strap can come loose. We do not consider this a defect either. All items are thoroughly checked before shipment.
Our rattan furniture has a warranty period of 6 months from the original order date. This warranty is only valid on the frame of the furniture and not for the loosening of (connecting) straps or protruding nails.
Minor defects due to weathering (such as a part coming loose or shifting) may occur. These can be repaired yourself and are not covered by the warranty. Also natural irregularities and/or discolourations of the rattan or the paint are not considered as defects.
During the warranty period, we will repair your ordered item or deliver a product of the same value at no additional cost (excluding shipping, handling, packaging and return costs). Always enclose the proof of purchase with your request.
This warranty does not include:
- Damage caused by incorrect use of the product, indoors or outdoors. Or for use in rental or other purposes.
- Damage caused by incorrect or insufficient care.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or transport damage.
- Dissatisfaction with the product outside the return period.
- B-model items.
